Fox, Byrd & Company Joins in Sponsoring Dallas CPA Society's CPE Day

Fox, Byrd & Company has teamed up with the Dallas CPA Society and a long list of other local businesses to offer a day of continuing education for CPAs. The event will be held at the Hilton Anatole Hotel, 2201 Stemmons Freeway in Dallas on May 2, 2008, from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. Among the distinguished presenters at this year’s event are Ira Shepard speaking on Current Developments in Taxation, Dr. Brian Ratchford on Use of New Media Technology, Will Reppeto on Community Property Issues and Gaurav Issar of Project Leadership Associates in Chicago, Illinois, speaking on website development and various aspects of information protection. There are seven tracks this year: Taxation, Estate Planning, Public Companies, Practice Operations, HR, IP and, in conjunction with the Dallas Center for Nonprofit Management, a track specially focused on issues of nonprofits.
