Bob Byrd, a shareholder with the firm since 1974, began his career in the audit department of Price Waterhouse, CPAs in Dallas, Texas. Bob's expertise is in the areas of financial and tax planning for individuals and corporations, general business consultation, including business mergers, acquisitions and liquidations. Bob also excels in the area of estate planning and succession planning. He received a Bachelor of Business Administration from Baylor University.
